What is Nutrition & Lifestyle Coaching?
Sometimes following general health advice about eating well and living healthily may not give you the health changes you were hoping for. This is because you are unique. Your health needs are ever changing and will vary at each stage of your life. This is why at The Good Health Ally our focus is on you.
Nutrition & Lifestyle coaching not only looks at the 'What' you are eating but also the 'Why' and 'How' to identify the eating and lifestyle changes you need to achieve your personal health goals. Understanding you as a 'whole' is an essential part of the process - your challenges and aspirations. We will not only explore your diet but your work/ home life balance, how active you are, your sleep and stress levels and your overall health profile.
Using a combination of nutritional software (looking at your macro and micronutrients, vitamins and minerals) and practitioner expertise to analyse your diet and lifestyle we can identify key areas for focus and change. We will also closely explore the factors that are hindering you today as well as those that motivate you towards your health goals. By looking at the barriers that challenge you we can identify new ways to overcome them.
The result is a highly personalised and realistic action plan with detailed nutritional and habit-forming steps to follow. As your ally I will support you to implement these changes, reset when needed and keep you motivated on your journey.
